- Conduct regular quality audits on construction sites to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and enforce quality benchmarks.
- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices and processes.
- Manage documentation related to quality control and compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and their application in construction projects.
